Villa Careva - Beautiful Cozy and Luxury Villa

Surrounded by nature and greenery, this South oriented villa offers enough daylight and a comforting shadow in the afternoon hours.

A private infinity pool with amazing views is surrounded by a generous outdoor terrace with a shower, BBQ, dining and lounge area. Special outdoor spots hidden in the natural shade are just perfect for reading a book or listening to the majestic sounds of nature all around. Find yourself in peace at this beautiful Villa Careva.

The villa was built in 2008. It is a part of a gated community together with another villa - Villa Careva. It is located about 1km from the nearest village of Sivota. Sivota was originally a home of traditional Greek fishermen families who today are offering a different range of services such as fine taverns, bars, bakeries or markets that are available all season long from 8 am until 12 am. You can walk to the village (15-20 min) or go by car (5min).

Villa Careva can accommodate comfortably 6-8 people in three bedrooms. Two ensuite bedrooms are located on the ground floor; one bedroom with four single beds is located on the first floor together with a bathroom, TV and sofa area.

A large parking spot for 2-4 cars is available just in front of the villa with a shaded pergola. The entrance to the villa is gated.
Internet is provided for free and without limits.
