This Villa is the 3rd and last one from this small family composed of villa Butia and villa Cocoa. All of them are owned by a delightful and devoted man to your well being. Villa Jubea, like its sisters is respecting the basic rules of a dream villa: privacy, intimacy, superb swimming pool and without to forget the little shelter that will allow all the family to enjoy the amazing view, to gather for a barbecue lunch and to be as well protected from the warm and constantly shining sun.
Lefkada is surrounded by blue waters with white endless sandy beaches, mostly in the west. The east is dominated by the green Prigiponissia with its picturesque anchorages and its sandy gulfs. The safe sea and the several small islands with natural resorts on the eastside of the island offer ideal conditions for sailing, while the modern facilities for anchorage make the place ideal.
The villa is located at 15 min from one of the most beautiful beach in Europe and from a very famous Windsurfing spot.
