Very quiet location, our accommodation 400 meters from a pretty small pebble beach accessible per stiff path, 2,5 km of track in balcony on the sea leads to Sivota – Lefkada charming small harbour of fishermen considered for its fish restaurants (to the village: grocers, bread, fruits… from April at October); 12 km away, Vassiliki European wind surf spot, banks, poste office, all type of shops.

The vast flowered terraces (bougainvilleas, géraniums, bay-trees) shaded by vegetable pergolas with the delicate scents of jasmine and chèvrefeuille invite to the relaxation and contemplation.
The varied and abundant Mediterranean vegetation (olive-trees, carob-tree, cane-apple bushes, heathers) declines a pallet of greens being detached with harmony on deep blue water from the Ionian sea.

With no point in the Ionian Sea located farther than 12 miles from a shielded harbor, the area experiences ideal weather conditions for a refreshing family sailing experience.
In summer, “Maistro”, a comfortable wind from the north-west, which is aligned with solid high-pressure weather, blows across the Ionian Sea.
Appearing in the later bit of morning, it flows at an ideal strength, not increasing 5 Beaufort, allowing you to doze off as you enjoy the sunset.

In a word, this is just paradise. On the highest part of the hill overhanging the village of Sivota, the owner is close to their clients and wishes to offer the best. They are right now thinking about a small complex which will offer some spa services.

A wooden terrace is build with the feeling to be in the air looking at Sivota Bay from one of the best point of view of the surroundings. The trees and multiple colorful flowers create a fresh shadow and peaceful atmosphere just disturbed by the wind blowing on the centenaries olive trees.
